Dillon runs OneFarm, a 10-person e-commerce company. (It’s like Burt’s Bees for CBD) They use the typical suite of e-commerce tools: WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Square, ShipStation, Fishbowl.
The problem is that there isn’t one source of truth — payments live in Square, customers live in WooCommerce, etc — so any cross-cutting analysis requires them to mix and match data from different systems. Dillon doesn’t have an in-house software engineer, so this means that he has to do this manually.
